Homeschooling@Bionicum
For home schooling and digital learning, the Bionicum offers numerous online services. Have fun browsing.
We have made good use of the Corona break. A wide selection of videos is waiting for your clicks on YouTube – ranging from explanatory videos, interviews and lectures to experiment instructions. And there’s no shortage of fun either.
Scroll through – there’s something for everyone.
Some of our YouTube films are interactive, namely the series:
Nao home alone (grades 5-12).
Bionic research podcasts (grades 1-4)
Bionic Research Backstage (grades 10-12).
Students get fun insights into the Bionicum, the zoo, and current research. The films are adapted to the curricula of the different school types and grades.
The popular workshop “Many Species – Many Ideas” is now also available as a digital version. Our colleague Katharina acts as moderator and leads through the individual elements. In quizzes, puzzles and a “Who becomes a millionaire” game, young and old learn about biodiversity and why it is so important for bionics. At the end, you can build your own little bottle garden in a glass.
There is also a range of special worksheets about bionics and the research projects of BayBionik. You can do them comfortably at home or at school.
The worksheets are tailored for elementary, lower, middle and upper school.
