Teacher training for secondary school teachers

Discover the fascinating potential of bionics and bio-inspired technologies and deepen your pedagogical know-how in the Bionicum. After an introductory tour of the exhibition, you will have the opportunity to experience the latest innovations at first hand and embark on a discovery journey through the zoo. We offer you a sound basis for educational and sustainable teaching units that can be seamlessly integrated into the LehrplanPLUS – both at school and in the Bionicum. In workshops on topics such as air, water and biodiversity, we show you experiments that you can carry out easily and cost-effectively. We enable playful experiences through digital-based programs, for example in the escape game with robot grippers or in the time travel challenge with the Bionik2Future app. Immerse yourself in innovative and interactive science communication and get inspired for project days, science week and P/W seminars. Teacher training for primary school teachers

Introducing children to nature and technology is best done in a playful context. Slip into the role of the pupils and join the little inventor Nik and his friend Bio, the fox, on an exciting journey through the world of bionics and biodiversity. Following a children’s book reading, we will experience and explore the exhibition together and also get to know another inhabitant of the Bionicum, the little robot. We will show you the potential of science communciation in the Bonicum and the zoo. In the workshop, you will make small experiments on water, air and biodiversity that you can easily and inexpensively integrate into your lessons. (German)
