Experience bionics in the zoo! Family-friendly guided tours during the winter holidays.
During the Christmas holidays, we cordially invite you and your family to our family-friendly guided tours on the Bionic Tour. Playfully and interactively, you will learn more about innovative technology and its animal role models station by station. Registration is not required. When? On 22.12. and 30.12.24, from 11:30 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 15:30 and on 03.01.25 from 14:00 to 15:30

Bionic Tour 2.0
The popular Bionic Tour in the Tiergarten Nürnberg has grown! There are brand new stations and you can now experience the fascinating world of bionics at twenty enclosures. Come along and marvel at Olympic-standard achievements in the animal kingdom. For example, the cheetah is the world-class in sprinting and the kangaroo in high and long jump. Whisper-quiet owls fly through the night and bionic fans are even more silent. Station by station, you will learn more about innovative technologies and their animal role models – playfully and interactively. The tour is only available in German. When? On 06.12.2024 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm
How much does it cost? There is an entrance fee for the Zoo, but there is no extra charge for visitors on the Bionic Tour.

Pumpkin-rallye
Get ready for an amazing pumpkin rally on 31 October in the Tiergarten Nürnberg! Can you find the pumpkins in and around the animals’ enclosures? Go on an amazing journey and find the solution. Ready? Then take part in the prize draw. What can you win? Exciting experiences at the zoo, such as an sunset tour, family tickets and individual tickets.
Pick up your Bionicum instant prize in the Naturkundehaus: from 2 to 4 pm on the ground floor – as long as stocks last. Be there and be surprised!
